Being a Cleveland girl, the start of her career began at Gun and Tackle in Pepper Pike, Ohio. From there, she ventured to Florida to run couture and jewelry at Sak's Fifth Avenue in Fort Lauderdale. After a long stint, she went back to her roots and accepted a position at Chisholm Halle in Cleveland. She oversaw the women's department with her husband, Chis, who taught her everything she knows. But roads pointed to Florida again after Chisholm's sudden death and their shop closed at Eton. She took to the road doing coast-to-coast trunk shows where she spent many years, and many miles, packing and repacking for shows. But alas, Cleveland called again. She came back to brick and mortar in Gates Mills jumping right back into retail at her very own traditional retail shop, Cindy Halle! The exclamation mark is for fun and friendly!

The first shop was tiny yet mighty, but eventually, it needed to grow just as the building next door became available... The shop is now expansive and beautiful, sophisticated and charming. It's chock-full of carefully curated collections, from resort wear to one-of-a-kind evening gowns. Personalized service, a friendly atmosphere, and knowing what the customers want are what Cindy Halle and the team are all about.
